Play By Dates

Round 1 - by 11th May
Round 2 - by 1st June
Round 3 - by 22nd Julne
Quarters - by 13th July
Semis - by 31st August
Finals - 13th Sept

Note that players should contact their opponents as soon as possible to arrange a match date for each round of the tournament well before the play by date.
If a match is not completed by the play by date the referees may take into consideration whether contact/responses were made to arrange the match - and may award a walkover accordingly.

Scoring Format

Open events;
Singles: best of 3 tie break sets. Tie breaks to 7 and 2 ahead after 6-6.
Doubles::best of 3 sets with deciding set a championship tie break.

Vets events;
Both singles and doubles to be best of 3 sets with deciding set a championship tie break.

All tie breaks must be won by 2 clears (ie, 10-8 or go on to 11-9 etc)
