Kumon Classes

YOGA
Jacky Lampl, an advanced yoga teacher and nutritionist, runs three dynamic, alignment-based yoga classes a week in our hall designed to improve joint range of motion, balance, strength, and flexibility.
Join her to discover how yoga can transform the way you move and feel, both on and off the mat on Tuesday mornings 9.30-10.45, Fridays for gentle yoga 9.30-10.45 and on Saturdays 9.00-10.15

Lunchtime Pilates
BlitzFitness and their fantastic instructor Emma Murray, are starting a lunchtime Pilates session beginning Friday 28th February at 12:00.
Pilates is a perfect complement to tennis or squash as it helps stabilise joints and muscles, strengthen the core muscles and increase flexibility. All members are welcome with or without Pilates experience. You simply need to bring a mat.

Bridge
We are running a Bridge Club on Wednesdays 11:00 - 13:00 beginning on 26th February.
