Note that players should contact their opponents as soon as possible to arrange a match date for each round of the tournament well before the play by date.
If a match is not completed by the play by date the referees may take into consideration whether contact/responses were made to arrange the match - and may award a walkover accordingly.

Scoring Format

Best of 3 sets (with a 7-point tie break at 6 games each in any set)

All tie breaks must be won by 2 clears (ie, 10-8 or go on to 11-9)
