Tennis Strength & Conditioning

We still have spaces on our new Strength & Conditioning sessions with Personal trainer Jess.

 

These sessions are tennis specific, to help improve your game and prevent injury. They are adapted to suit all levels of fitness and players, so join now to see the rewards!


We have a Tuesday evening session and a 45 minute Monday lunch time session.



TENNIS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Mondays 12.00 - 12.45 PM  22nd, 29th Apr, 6th, 13th, & 20th May

Tuesdays 7.00 - 8.00 PM  23rd, 30th Apr, 7th, 14th & 21st May

This tennis specific strength and conditioning session is run by a qualified personal trainer, who also plays tennis. The session will take place on a tennis court, and will have specific drills and exercises for strength, agility and balance. You will improve your strength and movement, and reduce the risk of injury - keeping you on court for longer, all leading to you becoming a better tennis player!

(These courses need a mininmum of 8 to run)
