TENNIS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Mondays 12.00 - 12.45 PM 22nd, 29th Apr, 6th, 13th, & 20th May
Tuesdays 7.00 - 8.00 PM 23rd, 30th Apr, 7th, 14th & 21st May
This tennis specific strength and conditioning session is run by a qualified personal trainer, who also plays tennis. The session will take place on a tennis court, and will have specific drills and exercises for strength, agility and balance. You will improve your strength and movement, and reduce the risk of injury - keeping you on court for longer, all leading to you becoming a better tennis player!
